Piers is a seasoned investment banker, with almost 40 years of leadership, analytical and operational experience across almost all the major markets in Asia. He has lived in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand and Australia, and has worked in both global investment banks and smaller more entrepreneurial companies, including running his own company. He spent the bulk of his career raising capital for companies at all stages of development, from early stage seed rounds to major privatisation offerings for governments and spinoffs for major corporates.

Before his current role, Piers was director of Corporate Finance at Platinum Securities based in Hong Kong,  but spent 10 years at both Rothschild and S.G. Warburg earlier in his career.
